All rentals with alcohol must be booked and paid for one month in advance. If alcohol will be served (beer and wine only), an additional $100 non-refundable alcohol permit is required, plus an additional $35/hour for security. Renters will be charged for going over the agreed rental time.
Rental time must include set-up and clean-up time. Renters are responsible for set-up and clean-up for their rental.
Payment by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover accepted. Please Note: Full payment is required at the time of rental reservation. $100 Damage Deposit required, refunded if the room and building are returned in the condition it was received, and rental is completed on time. $19/hour for each staff required (staff only needed if the center is NOT open to the public) $38.00/hour for each room rented plus staff fees if after regular building hours
